Usage Agreement eDoc App RESTful Service
Starting from version 5.X, the eDoc App uses a web service from bartolome röder AG. By agreeing to the usage agreement of this online service, you receive a license-dependent access token that allows you to use the online service.
Compliance
Agree before using the eDoc App in
data should be exchanged with your business partner and ensure that the eDoc and debtor setup of your application reflects this agreement.
Document Sending Profiles
The transmission of outgoing documents takes place via "document sending profiles", which automatically provide you with several transmission methods.
Check whether the document sending profiles in your BC application are configured and functional according to your desired transmission method.
For all e-invoice formats, the eDoc App provides its own document sending format, which is used when transmitting e-invoices.
An e-invoice cannot be generated if the electronic data exchange format intended for this process is not selected during the sending process!
